Wouldn’t that do great injustice to the tangy taste of ‘pineapple’ and the creamy coldness of ‘ice-cream’. Christian TV in the UK – An Hour of Imported American Humanism

Last night I had the misfortune of watching (I shudder at the thought of calling of it Christian television, so I’ll call it religious noise) one hour of religious noise on so-called Christian television. It was embarrassing to say the least to watch these popular, much loved televangelists using every trick and gimmick in the industry to milk the gullible and vulnerable of their finances, time and hopes. It was an hour of imported, American, man-centered humanism, where man was the goal and object of everything. By the end of it, my spirit felt grieved and rather nauseous. It was cotton candy to the maximum.
