Meet the Team

Vic Gill

Vic Gill was born in Southall, London, in 1982 and grew up in the hindu religion. Although he responded to the gospel at the age of 13, it was not until the age of about 21, following some years of sinful and reckless living, that Vic came to the end of himself and experienced true repentance towards God and genuine saving faith in the Lord Jesus Christ. After being saved from his sin, God began giving him a desire to serve Him. Burdened for the youth and lost souls, he served in youth ministry and street evangelism in Southall.

In 2004 he graduated from Brunel University with a degree in Business Management but had an eager desire to serve the Lord. Soon after, God opened a door for ministry internship at Pastor David Wilkerson’s Church (Times Square Church) in New York City. After serving for a term, Vic came back to the UK with a greater desire and love for God’s work. In 2007, he enrolled at Wycliffe Hall, Oxford University to study theology and graduated soon after with a Diploma in Biblical and Theological Studies.

He met his wife, Simi at Church and they have been married since July 2009. They opened up their home to lead weekly Bible studies which soon outgrew their small living room. They are now currently serving under the accountability and leadership of Pastor Barry King with the Grace Baptist Partnership leading a Church plant work in Richings Park and West London.

Vic’s greatest aspirations are to love his wife, faithfully expound God’s Word to a dying world and to simply love Jesus and know Him more intimately. He enjoys studying the Puritans, Reformed Theology and Philosophy. Vic is also the founder of That I May Know Him preaching and teaching ministries which started in September 2008.

Charles D. Adamo

Charles D. Adamo, being born in 1960, is one of the older members of the team. The Lord saved him in 1982 when a man with a heart for the Gospel of Jesus Christ opened the Word and explained to him his condition before God. Prior to this, Charles spent his life being told how good and respectable he was as a “church” going catholic and high achieving student. He counts it as his greatest blessing to have had his eyes opened to his true sinful condition and rejoices in the repentance given to him by the Lord and Saviour.  He is a member of the congregation at Richings Park and helps out in the That I May Know Him teaching Ministry at Gerrards Cross (click here for more information). He is married and has three children.

Ryan King

Ryan King is a regular contributor to That I May Know Him. Originally from Arkansas, U.S.A., Ryan is now serving as the Assistant Pastor of Grace Baptist Church (Wood Green), a comittee member for the Parkside Malvern Residents Association, and a second year B.A. Theological Studies Student with Highland Theological College, University of the Highlands and Islands Millenium Institute, Dingwall, Scotland. Ryan is 18 years old.

Regan King

Regan King is a regular contributor at That I May Know Him. He was born in 1992 to Christian parents, in Arkansas, U.S.A. At a fairly young age, he realized that the fear of death he had was a result of his own sin and lostness and his need for reconciliation with God. He repented of his sin and place his faith and trust in Christ Jesus in the year 2000. Since that time Regan has desired to serve the Lord in whatever calling, but has had a particular calling to missions and evangelism. His desire is to one day go to a people who have never heard the name of Christ and present to that people the hope that is in Christ alone. He has recently accepted a call to serve as an evangelist, sent out from Grace Baptist Church in Wood Green. He regularly preaches and leads Bible studies at Grace Baptist Church in Angel, Islington and in Halstead, Essex. He enjoys travel, the outdoors, and sports.

Sonny Simak

Sonny Simak was born in Behrain in 1982. However, He grew up in Punjab as a nominal hindu and moved to London in 2001.  His mother’s new birth in the Lord in 1996 made him join the Church but it was not until April 2008 Holy Spirit led him to true repentance and faith in the Lord Jesus Christ. God has given him a burden to follow hard after Jesus Christ, to reach out to the lost and teach the word of God.

Currently, Sonny is leading a Church plant in Southall, West London. He is also serving alongside the Grace Baptist Partnership Church planting initiative in Richings Park. He also holds BSc and MSc degrees in Chemistry. He enjoys reading books, running and playing football.

Sunny Kundhi

Sunny was born in 1984 into a Sikh family in Southall. He began attending a church in Southall with his mother and sister and there grew curious about the things of God. He made a confession of faith and began serving in the church but wasn’t truly converted. However, God in His good providence compelled Sunny to Himself, which caused him to repent and believe the Gospel and place his faith in Jesus Christ as Lord of all.

Sunny is currently engaged to his fiancée Milly and is faithfully serving and leading worship at the Church plant in Southall alongside Sonny. Sunny enjoys sports and is a keen supporter of his beloved Liverpool. His desire is to live a God glorifying life and serve people for the sake of the Gospel.
