Gerrards Cross Bible Study
Why do bad things happen to good people? A question often asked and often left unanswered. However, beginning this May 2011, a new series of Bible studies in Gerrards Cross (GX) seeks to tackles these questions and more. Come and hear God’s Word being spoken.
The Command
We are commanded to be devoted and diligent in studying Scripture. After all, the Bible is the mind of Christ. “Study to show thyself approved unto God, a workman that needeth not to be ashamed, rightly dividing the Word of Truth” 2 Tim 2:15. Yet………..
The Problem
Too often serious devotion to God’s Word is crowded out of our busy lives. Even those with a real hunger and thirst for the things of God struggle to find a place where Scriptural truths are studied in depth.
The Prayer
Well, we hope and pray that the That I May Know Him teaching ministry team can help. We will be exploring the depths of Scripture in verse-by verse exposition.
Five Times A Week
So that all will have the opportunity to fit these studies into busy schedules, we will be teaching each lesson five times a week. So, if you cannot make Tuesday night, we will be there Wednesday night, and if you cannot make
Wednesday night, we will be there Thursday night, and if you cannot make these nights, we will be there Wednesday and Thursday mornings.

Charles D. Adamo
Charles D. Adamo, being born in 1960, is one of the older members of the team. The Lord saved him in 1982 when a man with a heart for the Gospel of Jesus Christ opened the Word and explained to him his condition before God. Prior to this, Charles spent his life being told how good and respectable he was as a “church” going catholic and high achieving student. He counts it as his greatest blessing to have had his eyes opened to his true sinful condition and rejoices in the repentance given to him by the Lord and Saviour. He is a member of the congregation at Richings Park and helps out in the That I May Know Him teaching Ministry at Gerrards Cross. He is married and has three children.
